Service 01

Flagship Keynote

60 minutes that change how your organization talks about burnout.

A paradigm-shifting introductory session that combines a live biofeedback demonstration, a scientific understanding of the mechanisms of stress, and a practical, ready-to-use toolkit for preventing burnout.

Who it's for

For senior leadership, middle managers, and teams in organizations operating in demanding, high-pressure environments that require peak performance and agile decision-making.

Duration & format

A talk of 60 to 90 minutes. Adaptable to a wide audience — from closed management forums to dozens or hundreds of participants at company conferences.

What actually happens

An interactive, fast-paced talk that includes a live demonstration of biofeedback technology on one of the participants in the audience. Through a visible data screen, we see in real time how physiology responds to stress — and how it can be regulated on the spot.

What you take home

A clear understanding of the mechanisms of stress in the brain and body, a new organizational language for talking about burnout, and accessible physiological tools for quick self-regulation in the middle of a busy workday.

Service 02

Professional Workshops

One day that equips your team with tools to manage crises with a cool head.

An in-depth group process that connects managerial excellence with advanced physiological self-regulation tools, enabling peak performance even in a crisis-prone environment.

Who it's for

For the organization's management layer, department heads, and intact teams required to lead change, manage sustained workloads, and build team resilience.

Duration & format

A focused workshop of half a day to a full day of activity. Held in intimate groups (up to 20 participants), allowing for deep work and personal hands-on experience.

What actually happens

Connecting the physiology of stress to your day-to-day managerial reality. We start with a practical understanding of our operating engine — the way the body and brain respond under load. Building on that understanding, we move naturally into active practice and experiential hands-on work with regulation tools you can apply in the field the moment the workshop ends.

What you take home

A managerial toolkit for early identification of burnout within the team, skills for managing crises with a cool head, and a "team charter" that encourages clear communication and shared resilience.

Service 03

Manager Coaching & Biofeedback Training (1:1)

1:1 coaching that turns automatic reactions into control and clarity.

In-depth personal work that combines advanced biofeedback technology — translating internal responses into visible data — and builds a strong managerial anchor of control and clarity.

Who it's for

For CEOs, VPs, and senior managers who stand at the front line of decision-making and cope with high levels of responsibility and managerial isolation.

Duration & format

A personal, discreet coaching process. A series of one-hour sessions, on a weekly or bi-weekly cadence, tailored to the manager's schedule.

What actually happens

Processing and analyzing challenging managerial dilemmas, while connecting to a biofeedback system that monitors physiological measures. The process trains the nervous system to return to balance (Recovery) while being exposed to a stressor.

What you take home

Sharp awareness of automatic response patterns, the ability to "cool" the system and create inner quiet before critical decisions, and a significant upgrade of managerial presence.

Service 04

Leadership Retreat (Off-Site)

Two days off-site that reset your leadership team's decision-making.

Stepping away from the corporate intensity into a carefully curated premium setting that gives leadership the space for deep work, clearing out background noise, and strategic alignment.

Who it's for

For senior leadership (C-Level, board) and management teams who need a complete disconnect from the day-to-day in order to plan, recharge, and strengthen mutual trust and connection.

Duration & format

A two-day in-depth retreat that includes an overnight stay in an exclusive, quiet setting. The content and schedule are tailor-made (Tailor-made) to the team's dimensions and challenges.

What actually happens

Sessions of organizational thinking interwoven with physiological experiences that challenge the nervous system. Through controlled encounters with discomfort and physical stress, members of the leadership team practice the shift from an "autopilot" and "survival" mode to a state of clarity and considered decision-making. This shared experience breaks down managerial barriers and creates authentic connection and a rare level of trust within the team.

What you take home

A clean, solid foundation for decision-making, renewed levels of trust and communication within the team, and a regulation toolkit that translates directly into leadership's day-to-day work at the office.

FAQ

Questions you might have too

What exactly is "physiological self-regulation," and how does it relate to management?
Physiological self-regulation is the ability to manage the responses of our nervous system in real time, especially under pressure. In the organizational world, chronic stress (burnout) directly harms cognitive function, decision-making, and interpersonal communication. A manager who knows how to regulate their physiology knows how to "cool" the system in moments of crisis, make decisions from a place of calm and clarity, and convey stability to their team.
What does the organization actually gain from this?
Leaders who think clearly even under pressure, make more precise decisions, handle difficult conversations effectively, and maintain steady performance through periods of heavy load and uncertainty. Over time, this capability strengthens the quality of management, the way teams work together, and the resilience of the organization as a whole.
What is biofeedback?
Biofeedback is a scientific technology that monitors physiological measures (such as heart rate, skin conductance, and breathing patterns) and translates them into visual data in real time. The technology lets us see "in black and white" how the body responds to thoughts and pressures, and with it we train the nervous system to return to balance (Recovery). The work rests on research-based practices and professional biofeedback certification from Bar-Ilan University, which ensures a precise, measurable, results-oriented process.
Our organization is very pragmatic and analytical. Aren't these tools too "spiritual"?
The approach is far from spiritual. It rests entirely on physiology, science, and data. The toolkit we offer is based on a unique combination of solid academic knowledge and years of operational experience as an officer in training and development for performance improvement in the Air Force's elite units (Unit 669 and Shaldag). We take the world of self-regulation and pass it through a prism of operational excellence, using measures that can be seen and quantified.
Does the process require our managers to devote a lot of time to daily practice?
Quite the opposite. The tools are designed to fit the reality of busy managers. It's not about demanding an hour a day for meditation, but rather tactical regulation skills applied in real time, on the move — before a critical board meeting, in the middle of a complex feedback conversation, or even on the drive to the office. The goal is to embed the tools within the existing work routine.
How is SENAYA's approach different from classic "stress management" workshops?
Classic workshops usually talk about stress and offer theoretical models on the whiteboard. At SENAYA we don't talk about stress — we work with it directly. We connect the organizational management reality to active physiological experience, and train the nervous system using technology (such as biofeedback) and controlled stress labs. This isn't just another lecture; it's an upgrade to the manager's "operating system."
How is the live biofeedback demonstration done in the talks? Is it embarrassing?
The demonstration is done in a respectful, professional, and matter-of-fact atmosphere. A volunteer participant connects a simple, non-invasive sensor to their finger, and the entire audience can see the data on the screen in real time: how the physiology of stress responds immediately to challenges and thoughts. It's a proof of concept that brings the theory down to earth and clearly, visibly, and directly highlights the fast, direct link between body and mind.
