Excellence Under Pressure

Leaders who stay clear-headed when the pressure peaks

SENAYA helps management teams prevent burnout and improve performance, combining organizational consulting with physiological self-regulation tools. Not a one-off workshop, but a capability that stays in the organization.

The Challenge

When pressure becomes routine, it comes at a cost

Managers today operate under sustained overload, competing tasks, and frequent change. Functioning permanently on "autopilot" drains critical resources and drives a quiet process of burnout. The cost is not only personal but organizational and commercial — from impaired decision-making to a real drop in output.

Through physiological self-regulation training, we help managers return to leading with clarity, protect their energy, and build organizational resilience over time.

76%
of employees experience burnout at work, 28% of them frequently
2.6×
more likely to look for another job among burned-out employees
63%
more likely to take sick days due to sustained pressure and burnout

The SENAYA Approach

Three steps from diagnosis to a lasting capability

  1. Diagnose & Map

Before turning to solutions, we analyze the ground. Precisely identifying burnout patterns, the organization's pressure points, and how its managers operate, so we can build a personalized action framework rooted in real data and genuine business needs.

  2. Regulate & Train

The shift from survival to control. This is where the applied tools come in — from biofeedback training to micro-practices for regulating the nervous system in real time. The goal is to give each manager a personal toolkit that restores their inner calm and clarity, even in the heart of the storm.

  3. Implement & Lead

The stage where physiology meets the bottom line. Translating the personal resilience that has been built into everyday management routines. We embed tools for decision-making under pressure, effective team communication, and an organizational culture that prevents burnout over time.

Who's behind SENAYA

Shani Brody, founder of SENAYA

There is one thing I have learned again and again working with people under pressure: knowing what to do, and actually managing to do it when it matters, are two different things.

My name is Shani Brody, and I'm an organizational consultant and group facilitator with over a decade of experience developing managers in organizations and complex systems. Over the years — including in organizational development and debriefing roles in the Shaldag and 669 units — I found that the gap in performing under pressure is not always a gap in knowledge, but in the ability to reach that knowledge in real time.

At SENAYA I connect leadership development, learning and cognition with biofeedback, breathing and the physiology of regulation, to help managers think, choose and lead even as the load rises.
